These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Win28 ("Win28", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Win28 website located at https://win28.cam and all associated services, products, software, and content made available through that domain (collectively, the "Services").

Win28 operates an online casino and sports betting platform that serves players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. The Platform is operated under an international gaming licence, and all operations are conducted in compliance with the conditions of that licence.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any other policies, guidelines, or rules that Win28 publishes from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Win28 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Win28 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded by Win28 subject to wagering requirements and the specific bonus terms applicable to each promotion.

• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all transactions on the Win28 platform are denominated.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law or where Win28 has elected not to operate.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using bonus funds before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Sports Betting" means the placing of wagers on the outcome of sporting events, including but not limited to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and international football markets.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on Win28, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Win28 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all players. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Services.
2. You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and for your own account, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident or citizen of any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from Win28 or any affiliated platform, unless the self-exclusion period has formally expired and you have been reinstated in accordance with Win28's reinstatement procedure.
5. You are not, to your knowledge, suffering from a gambling addiction at the time of registration, and you have read and understood Win28's Responsible Gambling Policy.
6. You will maintain only one (1) registered Account on the Win28 platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

To register an Account with Win28, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and such other information as Win28 may reasonably request at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

Win28 operates a strict KYC verification programme as required under our international gaming licence and in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method — such as a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, or other linked payment account confirming ownership.
• Proof of source of funds — where Win28 considers this necessary as part of ongoing AML due diligence.

Win28 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned via the original deposit method where legally permissible.

You are responsible for keeping your Account login credentials (username and password) confidential at all times. Win28 will not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. You must notify Win28 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

All deposits and withdrawals on Win28 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Win28 does not charge players for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside Win28's control.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant bank transfer: DuitNow
• Financial Process Exchange: FPX (available at all major Malaysian banks)
• Cryptocurrency: BTC, USDT (subject to conversion at prevailing rates)

Minimum deposit: RM30 for e-wallets and DuitNow; RM50 for FPX and online banking; RM100 equivalent for cryptocurrency. Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction for most methods, subject to your personal account limits.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, Win28 will process withdrawals to an alternative verified payment method registered to your Account. Withdrawal processing times are typically as follows: e-wallets and DuitNow — within 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts; FPX and online banking — within 5 to 30 minutes. Times may vary during peak periods or pending KYC review.

Win28 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals of MYR 10,000 or above in a single transaction will automatically trigger an AML review before funds are released.

Win28 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and ongoing promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry windows. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all Win28 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: The wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms and must be completed within the bonus validity window. Incomplete rollover at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per bet slip is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500 as specified in each promotion. Bets exceeding this cap during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute to rollover at different rates. Slots generally contribute 100%; table games (e.g., baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; certain games may be excluded entirely. Refer to the individual bonus terms for specific rates.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the relevant promotion terms and applies regardless of total winnings accumulated.
• One Bonus Per Player Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Win28 reserves the right to void duplicate bonus claims.
• Abuse & Fraud: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the Win28 platform:

• Register more than one Account, or assist any other person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly permit a minor to use your Account.
• Engage in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or use the platform to process funds of unlawful origin.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the technical infrastructure or software of the Win28 platform.
• Use any software, robot, script, algorithm, or other automated means to place bets, exploit promotional terms, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collude with other players or engage in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or deliberate game manipulation.
• Access or use the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Win28 staff, support agents, or other players.

Win28 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, without prior notice. Balances may be withheld pending investigation, and verified cases of fraud or money laundering will be reported to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.

All content on the Win28 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Win28 or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or other interest in any Win28 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, upload, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Win28 content without express prior written consent from Win28. Unauthorised use of Win28's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Win28 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of or corruption to data;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond Win28's reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by technical malfunction — Win28 reserves the right to void bets affected by material technical errors;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, Win28's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Win28 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Win28 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session duration to control the amount of time you spend gambling on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling — from 24 hours to 90 days — during which your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Win28 platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months and may be extended indefinitely upon request.

Win28 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event that:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• Win28 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with your Account;
• You are found to have provided false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Your continued use of the platform poses a regulatory, reputational, or legal risk to Win28;
• Win28 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon Account termination, all unused bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method where technically and legally permissible, following completion of any pending compliance review.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Win28 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to submit any complaint to Win28's customer support team and allow a minimum of thirty (30) days for Win28 to investigate and respond. Win28 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly, and our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict Win28 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

Win28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of a material change, Win28 will notify registered players by email to the address on record, and will display a prominent notice on the Win28 website for a minimum of seven (7) days before the new terms take effect.

Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or minor clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of any revision.

Your continued use of the Win28 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and contact our support team to request Account closure.
